What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the most efficient program currently available for improving any person’s fitness level, and for eventually achieving a world class level of fitness. The program is rapidly gaining popularity among military, law enforcement, and first responders. CrossFit is also becoming a phenomenon among the general athletic and personal training community — the first CrossFit facility opened in 1995, and there are now hundreds of licensed affiliates globally.
